Pealstrom continues remarkable rise

AURORA -- MWAH! troupe member Nathan Pealstrom on February 13, 2010, became a Sectional tournament wrestling champion in his 135-pound weight division following a regional championship the week before. A West Aurora High School sophomore in his first season on the varsity wrestling team, he advanced to the State finals at the University of Illinois in Champaign where he narrowly lost 12-10 in the opening round. Pinning Tyler Patton of Batavia in the 135-pound semi-finals for a victory in the Sectional wrestling meet is Nathan Pealstrom, a sophomore in his first season as a varsity wrestler at West Aurora High School and a long-time performer with the MWAH! Performing Arts Troupe. Nathan went on to win a Sectional championship.
